The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, grow, and own the strategic direction of key regional and global accounts across social, content, creative, and influencer marketing.

  • Develop and oversee social and digital strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand positioning, and market trends.

  • Oversee the end-to-end development and execution of digital marketing activations, from strategy to delivery and optimization.

  • Guide reporting, KPI measurement, and analytics to monitor performance, extract insights, and continuously optimize campaigns.

  • Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, building strong, trusted relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Manage account operations, including budgeting, forecasting, resource prioritization, and account profitability.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop account teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.

  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, performance, and influencer teams to ensure integrated and impactful outcomes.

  • Stay at the forefront of social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing and executing social media programs and digital strategies within an agency or digital environment.

  • Strong strategic mindset, with hands-on expertise in social media strategy, content strategy, and digital marketing activations.

  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-platform digital campaigns across diverse clients.

  • Influencer Marketing experience is considered a strong plus.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring teams, managing workloads, and fostering collaboration.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, combined with solid financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, prioritization).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
