Digital Minds is looking for a Senior Account Manager who will join their award-winning team and work closely with their top clients.

You will be joining an international team of dynamic, fun and innovative individuals. 

As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage the creation and implementation of digital marketing branded projects in a fast paced agency environment, while liaising between clients and team members. 

A successful candidate must be confident interfacing with individuals of all levels, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage day-to day processes of clients and assigned projects, while maintaining project timelines, deadlines and taking ownership of budget execution.

  • Develop a strong relationship with the client and ensure they are kept in the loop with work in progress. Provide excellent customer service in all client interactions.

  • Create strategy and content decks for campaigns and new business briefs, which clearly communicate ideas for clients and drive customer satisfaction in revenue-driven initiatives.

  • Clearly communicate goals and objectives of client projects as well as processes to direct reports, to ensure seamless project implementation.

  • Collaborate with production, creative and influencers’ teams to ensure seamless project implementation.

  • Mentor and guide the Account Executive, ensuring alignment and collaboration on shared client portfolios.

  • Review and provide strategic insights on reports prepared by the Account Executive, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive coverage of campaign performance metrics before sharing with clients.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in an advertising/creative/communication agency.

  • Account Management knowledge and experience in digital, social and influencer marketing is preferred.

  • Required team management experience.

  • Ability to write in English fluently.

  • Ability to meet deadlines while closely working with several team members.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or communications related.

Preferred skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities.

  • Strong deck creating skills - both in content and structure.

  • Ability to work in a team setting.

  • Initiator, highly self-motivated, optimistic and positive attitude.

  • Demonstrated interest in social media and digital influencers.
