Digital Minds is looking for a Senior Account Manager who will join their award-winning team and work closely with their top clients.
You will be joining an international team of dynamic, fun and innovative individuals.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage the creation and implementation of digital marketing branded projects in a fast paced agency environment, while liaising between clients and team members.
A successful candidate must be confident interfacing with individuals of all levels, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage day-to day processes of clients and assigned projects, while maintaining project timelines, deadlines and taking ownership of budget execution.
Develop a strong relationship with the client and ensure they are kept in the loop with work in progress. Provide excellent customer service in all client interactions.
Create strategy and content decks for campaigns and new business briefs, which clearly communicate ideas for clients and drive customer satisfaction in revenue-driven initiatives.
Clearly communicate goals and objectives of client projects as well as processes to direct reports, to ensure seamless project implementation.
Collaborate with production, creative and influencers’ teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
Mentor and guide the Account Executive, ensuring alignment and collaboration on shared client portfolios.
Review and provide strategic insights on reports prepared by the Account Executive, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive coverage of campaign performance metrics before sharing with clients.
Job requirements
Requirements:
5+ years experience in an advertising/creative/communication agency.
Account Management knowledge and experience in digital, social and influencer marketing is preferred.
Required team management experience.
Ability to write in English fluently.
Ability to meet deadlines while closely working with several team members.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or communications related.
Preferred skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities.
Strong deck creating skills - both in content and structure.
Ability to work in a team setting.
Initiator, highly self-motivated, optimistic and positive attitude.
Demonstrated interest in social media and digital influencers.
